A look back at three years of fighting violence against women in North Africa
BATIK International and its Tunisian and Moroccan partners, the Beity association, the Fédération des Ligues des Droits des Femmes and the INSAF association, met in Morocco to take stock of their joint action to combat VAW.

The feminist alliance to end violence against women was in New York!
The Fédérations des Ligues des Droits des Femmes represented the Alliance féministe maghrébine [INSAF (Morocco) and d’Amal pour la Famille et l’Enfant (Tunisia)] à the CSW69.
They put forward three major demands: comprehensive care for women survivors of violence, legal recognition of the status of step-mothers, and an end to discrimination in inheritance laws
