How do you become an organization that learns and passes on?
This is the question that BATIK Int. and other associations like asked themselves last Tuesday, by investing in a space proposed by the F3E, in which the échanges allowed for mutual enrichment
After a year of occasional meetings and questioning on these subjects, Manon, BATIK Int. program coordinator, represented BATIK Int. at this new meeting on learning organizations:

In our structures, we conduct studies, analyze our practices, draw lessons... But how do we structure all this? How can we ensure that this learning is shared between colleagues, partners and, above all, co-produced with the players in the field and the first people concerned?
Because the aim is for the knowledge produced to be a lever for transformation, not just a balance sheet!
