Educational partnership Hai Ba Trung

Educational partnership together with the Training center Hai Ba Trung in Hanoi (2003-2005)
 

The public training center Hai Ba Trung was established in Hanoi in 1984 holding 4 different areas of training; one of them dedicated to catering, in which around 700 students are enrolled each year. The region of Ile de France, within a framework of decentralized cooperation with the Hanoi’s People’s Committee, assisted in reconstructing this training center in 2002.

BATIK International contributed to this initiative by reinforcing the competiveness of the cooking and service training to achieve better professional employment opportunities for its students.

Therefore, a study of the specific needs of the catering training of the Hai Ba Trung center took place with the collaboration of the CEFAA Industrie Hôtelière de Villepinte in France together with an evaluation mission from the de Hai Ba Trung’s board to Paris in January 2005.
